When we ask for a review of a design or a project, we typically send over emails that read like this:
If you were to design a subway map, what would you design for: geographical precision or visual clarity? Is it better for a map design to accurately represent the geography at street level, or for it to be abstract and easy-to-understand?
It doesn’t matter if you’re a designer, or you’ve spent time in the office with designers, one thing is always the same, they all love headphones.
The main reason for this is that anyone involved in any sort of creative work loves just to slip in the headphones, listen to music or a podcast and just tune out all the distractions.
So what are they all listening to? Music is always popular, but recent years podcasts are becoming more and more popular. This gives people the opportunity to tune and work distraction free while still learning stuff.
To save you trawling through the hundreds of different podcasts, we’ll list the ten most interesting podcasts, which are geared towards creatives; and as ct graphic designers we feel they are pretty great..
